Heron moss frame topiary

UPDATE: Once the shipping debacle was resolved, we received our 48” Heron 03/08/22. It’s beautiful! Erin at Henderson-gardensupply handled the situation as best as she could. 2.5months is a long time to wait but it is what it is. Glad it’s here and we can move on.
*Comments to be updated when problem resolved*
Did not receive a 48” Heron; instead we received a small dog. Contacted Henderson and was told they will contact the fulfillment location to have corrected and issue correct topiary. Received & contacted 01/12/22. Spoke with Henderson 01/13/22. Waiting for contact from them about return.
